Our Mission

Every year, millions of people suffer concussions. Many of them end up living with debilitating symptoms for months and even years to come. Many are given no treatment aside from being told to rest. This was the story for four of my ten children, before we knew that concussion is treatable.Picture this instead: After sustaining a concussion, the injured is seen within a few days by a concussion specialist. They are diagnosed that day with a specific type, or types of concussion, and begin targeted, active rehabilitation treatments. Within a few weeks, they are completely well and able to make a full return to normal life. This is what happens to my children now, and this is the care we envision for the world.Through education and eventual training for medical professionals, our mission is to see this effective, affordable concussion care made available worldwide.

Faith henriquez

Faith Henriquez is a teacher, the mother of ten children, business owner, and the author of Goodbye Concussion. Over the past twenty five years she has logged countless doctor visits with her children, many of them for concussions. She did not expect to be surprised when she took her daughter to a concussion clinic in Pittsburgh, in fact, she did not even know that they were sitting in the office of a world renowned concussion expert. But what Dr. Collins taught them and the complete healing her daughter found under his care surprised Faith so much that she had to tell the world - Concussion is Treatable. When she is not writing or selling antiques out of her sunny home office, she loves to travel with her children and her husband Sidney.
